Toss the Coin brought fresh energy to Nagarro’s recruitment branding. Monthly, we brainstormed 9–10 weird social media–focused ideas, of which 3–4 were brought to life.
All creative strategies were driven to emphasize Nagarro’s personality, including creating custom Instagram filters for new women hires.
Leveraging tools like Miro boards, Toss the Coin facilitated ideation sessions that empowered Nagarro’s marketing team to take ownership of the execution process.
Campaigns were designed to align with Nagarro’s ethos, blending emotional storytelling with thought-provoking content.
